International Journal for Mainstream and Special Education is the official international peer-reviewed and open-access journal managed by the Graduate School of Holy Cross of Davao College. This scholarly journal is dedicated to exploring new depths of knowledge and understanding of development and administration. Call for contributions to the Philippine Journal of Development and Administration

The Philippine Journal of Development and Administration welcomes submissions of original research articles, policy studies, and scholarly reviews that align with the journal’s commitment to advancing knowledge in multidisciplinary fields relevant to national development and public administration.

The journal actively seeks contributions from researchers, academics, practitioners, and policy experts in the following thematic sections:

Business, Tourism, and Hospitality Management – Submissions are welcome on strategic business innovation, sustainable tourism practices, service industry trends, entrepreneurship, and hospitality operations, especially in the context of regional and national economic growth.

Criminology, Justice, Maritime and Transportation – The journal seeks studies that explore crime prevention, restorative justice, corrections, peace and security, maritime safety, transportation policy, and logistics systems that affect law enforcement and public infrastructure.

Social, Cultural, and Mental Health Issues – Contributions are invited that examine social change, cultural identity, public health, psychosocial support systems, and community-based mental health interventions.

Education, Evangelisation Management and Community Service – This section focuses on educational reform, values-based leadership, faith-informed public service, and community engagement programmes that promote inclusive learning and moral development.

Data, Innovation, Engineering and Technology – Research that explores emerging technologies, data analytics, digital governance, smart systems, engineering solutions, and innovation-driven public service delivery is strongly encouraged.
