About the Journal
The Philippine Journal of Development and Administration is the official international peer-reviewed and open-access journal managed by the Center for Research and Publication (CRP) of the Holy Cross of Davao College (HCDC). This scholarly journal is dedicated to exploring new depths of knowledge and understanding of development and administration. As an archdiocesan institution, the journal invites scholars, educators, and leaders to contribute to the discourse on contemporary challenges and discoveries in terms of education, faith, and society, pursuing innovative thinking and practices that address modern issues in development and administration, including relevant disciplines.
